Steve Lemaster received an award for excellence in service from Bear Archery and Trophy Ridge this year, presented by
Jeff Pease at the ATA Trade Show. Bruce Hudalla also accepted an award for excellence in service presented to Hudalla Associates.

2007 Sales Rep Of The Year   2007 Get R' Done Award
This award presented annually is given to the employee that is the “best of the best” for the past 12 months. Consideration is given for achievement of goals, for being
a good communicator; for being organized, for “get’n-r-done; for conducting outstanding follow-up and for being cost efficient. Manufacturer nominations are requested and used.
  This award presented annually is given to the employee
that day in and day out gets the job done in an outstanding
manner. Consideration is given for achieving goals; and for getting sales for all lines available in their territory.

2007 Team Player Award   2007 Best Follow Up Award
This award presented annually is given to the employee
that best demonstrates a team first mentality. Consideration is given for demonstration of support to company goals ahead of personal goals; for demonstration of initiative
and leadership; for being a mentor; for enthusiastic participation in the support of the large box stores and
for support at shows; and for providing input during
group conferences.
  This award presented annually is given to the employee
that best completes required actions in a timely manner. Consideration is given for timely response to all suspended action items; for timely follow-up with customers and manufactures; for proper management of sample accounts;
and for the timely submission of accurate activity and
expense reports.

2007 Cost Efficient Award   2007 Most Improved Award
This award presented annually is given to the employee
that achieves the highest level of productivity at the lowest cost. Consideration is given for claiming the lowest reimbursed expenses; for achieving the lowest expense
to earnings ratio; and for taking actions to keep expenses
as low as possible.
  This award presented annually is given to the employee
that achieved the greatest increase in sales in his territory
during the past 12 months. Consideration is given for
improved communications, follow-up, organization
and cost efficiency.

2007 Big Brother Award   2007 Best Communicator Award
This award presented annually is given to the employee
that best provides peer group leadership and guidance. Consideration is given for demonstration of a willingness
to educate and guide others toward achievement of goals; for demonstration of leadership; for being a mentor; and
for “being there” for those that just need someone to talk to.
  This award presented annually is given to the employee that
has communicated the best with the office staff, inside sales team, sales reps and with manufacturers and his customers. Consideration is given for the quality of responses to action items; for timely coordination of tasks with other team
members; and for providing input during group conferences.

This award presented annually is given to the employee
that is deemed to be the most organized in the conduct
of business. Consideration is given for how the employee plans work and works the plan; for how efficient the
employee travels; and for the professional way
correspondence such as letters, emails, orders
and reports are created.
